Global Education scenario is changing rapidly. There is a great demand for teachers who can keep pace with the changing scenario. In fact, what the schools need in the new millennium are teachers who can control and make things happen rather than just follow others. Besides focusing on teaching competence, we need to emphasize on the right attitude and values for a successful professional career. This was precisely my aim when I started Rizvi College of Education. Rizvi College of Education aims to develop a spirit of initiative in the Student – Teachers. The system of training education practiced by the college ensures that it develops teachers who can be mentors to their students in all respects.
