Socially Useful Productive Work (SUPW)
S.U.P.W is a subject in Indian schools where students can choose from a number of vocational education activities – emand knitting, gardening, cooking, painting, carpentry and other crafts and hobbies, and clubbed community service for senior students (class IX onwards). Students learn to work as a team and to work with skill and deftness. It was introduced in 1978, by the Ministry of Education to promote Gandhian values and educational ideas of Mahatma Gandhi.

Rizvi College of Education takes special efforts to train the future teachers of the country in specializing in SUPW skills so that they can impart these skills to their future students. Below are a few images showing the beautiful SUPW work done by our student teachers.
