| 24 | Signature Image: Sign on white paper with Black or Blue Pen. Save the Image file in JPG or JPEG format. Image Size of the file should be between 10KB to 20KB. |
Note - Candidates must carry the original as well as 3 photocopies and scanned images of the above documents. At the time of admission carry the soft copy in their Pen Drive OR Email. The above documents must be scanned and saved in PDF format of Size up to 500KB.
