Internet has been trying to connect each and every corner of the world with each other, with so much ease, allowing billions of people on earth to communicate. But it has also become a medium of crime for the wicked mind. These criminals use technologies to commit cyber attacks against the government, business or individuals. These crimes know no borders and cause serious harm to the victims worldwide. As cyber crimes have been escalating at lightning speed, the College’s Women Development Cell in collaboration with Public Concern for Governance Trust (PCGT) is organizing a Webinar on ‘Cyber Crime against Women & Children’ on 1st May, 2021 from 4pm-6pm. The speaker is Dr. Ashok Bagul, Senior Police Inspector, Cyber Police Station. Dr. Bagul is a Ph. D. in Criminal Law who has received several awards for his meritorious services in his field. He is an expert trainer of police in many professional subjects like law, investigations, convictions and soft skill development. The webinar is aimed at creating awareness in areas like modes of cybercrime against children & women, measures for online safety and also legal provisions for prevention, detection and investigation of cybercrimes. The speaker will also elaborate on the procedure to be adopted to deal with a crime occurred. The webinar is open to all interested and can click the link provided in the flyer to join the Whatsapp group and take part in the session.

It is celebrated to discuss all the issues and implement new technologies for the development in the field of science. To encourage the scientific minded citizens in India as well as popularize science and technology.The theme for National Science Day 2021 is ‘Future of STI: Impact on Education Skills and Work’.
- Death Anniversary of Dr. Rajendra Prasad:
Dr. Rajendra Prasad was an Indian independence activist, lawyer, scholar and subsequently, the first President of India, in office from 1950 to 1962. Rizvi College of Education remembers the great leader on his death anniversary today.

Guru Ravidas Jayanti: Guru Ravidass Jayanti is the birthday of Guru Ravidas, celebrated on Magh Purnima, the full moon day in the month of Magh month. It is the annual focal point for the Ravidassia religion. People across countries celebrate this special occasion in India. Also, devotees take a holy dip in the river to perform rites.
- Second Prize in Innovative Practices for Online Science Education competition organised by Homi Baba Center for Science Education, TIFR. : Rizvi College of Education secured 2nd prize in the Innovative Practices for Online Science Education competition organised by Homi Baba Center for Science Education, TIFR as part of the National Science Day celebrations. We congratulate our S.Y.B.Ed. students, the winners, Ms. Maria Farooqui, Ms. Fatima Sayyed and Ms. Shagufta Rehmani on their achievement. The entry was about teaching the concept of motion using STEM with ARTS and Demos app. A huge shout out to Mrs. Spoty Karthik for being their mentor and guiding them at every step
- Saquib Rizvi Memorial Cancer Awareness Marathon 2021 –
3rd Edition. : Under the visionary leadership of our Honourable President – Dr. Akhtar Hasan Rizvi & our Honourable Director, – Advocate Mrs. Rubina Akhtar Hasan Rizvi, Rizvi Group’s Help yourself Foundation has been organising the “Saquib Rizvi Memorial Cancer Awareness Marathon” since the last two years.
This run is for a charitable purpose striving to spread awareness about cancer and promote a better life for Cancer Patients and their Families. This noble intention of has been the driving force of this Marathon.
In the wake of Covid-19 situation the Edition 3 of the marathon will be organised but virtually.
This Virtual “Saquib Rizvi Memorial Cancer Awareness Marathon-2021” – is being organized to commemorate the birth anniversary (27 February) of the beloved Secretary of Rizvi Education Society, Mr. Abis Akhtar Rizvi.
